Hi everyone! Thanks so much for supporting Letters from Lisa for the past four years. As this project has grown, I am looking for volunteers to help write letters.
Volunteer Duties:
A volunteer letter writer will create and decorate blank note cards on which they will write a letter of encouragement to someone who requested a letter. Each letter request contains a brief description of what the person is going through. The letter writer will use this information to write a personal and uplifting note. Letter writers will be provided with sample scripts they can use to assist in the letter-writing process. The volunteer letter writer will then send out the letter in a decorated envelope in a timely manner. At this time, stamps and craft supplies will not be reimbursed; however, if LFL receives donations, you may be sent some supplies. This is a VOLUNTEER position, and you will not be compensated for your time. If you need volunteer hours for school, Lisa can sign off on hours for you.
